Buffalo Chicken Pasta
Classic buffalo chicken taste in a pasta dish

Ingredients
- Boneless Shinkless Chicken Brest - 1 lbs
- Radiatori pasta - 16 oz
- Shredded colby jack cheese - 2 cups
- Franks Red Hot - 1/2 cup
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice - 1 TBSP
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- Celery salt - 1/2 tsp
Prep Directions
- Cube chicken
- Shred cheese if using block
- Mix, Franks, EVOO, lemon juice, black pepper, onion powder, and celery salt. Set aside.
Cooking Directions
- Cook chicken, season to taste.
- Cook noodles as directed
- Drain noodles and and oil mixture. Stir thoroughly. Set aside to come to room temperature.
- Drain any liquid from chicken and let cool to room tempurature.
- Mix cooled chicken and cheese into noodles.
- Blue cheese could be substitued for colby. Diced celery or carrots can also be added if desired.
